Cancellation & Refund Policy — Jewellery Workshops and Retreats

Booking & Deposit

Retreats

  • 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a retreat.
  • You have a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time of booking during which you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • After the 48-hour window has passed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Payment of Balance

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full by 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellations & Refunds (After Full Payment)

If you have paid the full amount and need to cancel:

  • Up to 30 days before the event: You may receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
  • Up to 21 days before the event: You may receive a 25% refund of the total cost.
  • Less than 21 days before the event: No refund can be issued, as your place and all costs will already be committed.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation:

Email your preferred refund details to: fallenstajewellery@gmail.com

    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving full cancellation information.

    Non-Attendance

    Failure to attend the retreat without prior cancellation will result in the full retreat fee being retained with no refund offered.

    Transfer of Booking

    If you would like to transfer your place to another person, please contact us first. Transfers may be permitted up to 14 days before the event, subject to approval.


    Force Majeure

    In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, unexpected venue closure, illness, or other situations that make the event unsafe or impossible to run — we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or location, or to postpone the event.
    If the event must be postponed, or location changed, guests will be offered the choice to transfer to the new date/location or receive a full refund of all payments made.
    We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests (such as travel, accommodation outside the event package, or insurance).


    If We Cancel the Retreat

    Should we need to cancel the retreat for any reason not covered under force majeure, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
    We are not liable for any other expenses incurred by participants, such as transportation, accommodation outside the retreat, insurance, or loss of earnings.
